Yes: we offer the first year of hosting with Infomaniak (Geneva) for the One-page site and Showcase website packages. After that it is about 60 CHF/year billed directly by Infomaniak — you keep full control.
Yes. At delivery we run a quick demo (20-min video call) so you can edit simple texts (hours, prices, descriptions). For heavier changes (new section, image overhaul), use optional maintenance or a one-off quote.
No. You can write to us anytime — we reply within 24 business hours. Optional maintenance (from 29 CHF/month) covers technical updates, backups, and 1 h of small changes per month.
30 % at signature to lock the mockup, 70 % at go-live. Payment by Swiss bank transfer or TWINT. Invoice with VAT if applicable. For online shops, a custom payment schedule is stated on the quote.
If we exceed the 7-day window (counted from brief approval), the first week of Infomaniak hosting (about 8 CHF) is on us. This is a contractual commitment written into every quote. For the One-page site and Showcase website packages we have not had to apply it yet — but the commitment is there, in writing.
